Elfbar Not Hitting? Here's How to Fix It (2025)

Your Elfbar stopped hitting or is hitting very weakly. Before you think it's dead, try these fixes — they solve 90% of Elfbar issues.

Fix 1 — Check the Battery

Elfbar disposables have a USB-C charging port at the bottom. If the light flashes when you puff, it's low battery. Charge it for 20-30 minutes and try again.

Fix 2 — Clear the Airflow

Sometimes the airflow sensor gets blocked. Cover the mouthpiece with your finger, block the airflow holes, and gently blow into the USB port at the bottom. This clears any condensation blocking the sensor.

Fix 3 — Check for Flooding

If you hear a gurgling sound, the coil is flooded. Hold the device upside down for 2-3 minutes to let excess liquid drain away from the coil.

Fix 4 — Warm It Up

In cold temperatures, the e-liquid thickens and doesn't wick properly. Hold the device in your palm for 2-3 minutes to warm it up.

Fix 5 — It's Actually Empty

Elfbar Raya D1 is rated for 7,000 puffs. If you've been using it heavily for 1-2 weeks, it may genuinely be empty. The light flashing 3 times usually means empty.
